As Human being we are never satisfied with our bodies we often try and find things wrong with us that we need to improve on. Especially when it comes to loosing weight we try the crazy things that don't make any sense at all. Try and do that for at east 30 minutes instead of going to the gym, and just doing something to say you went to the gym. Fruits and vegetables give your body that natural energy it needs to keep running to help you avoid eating candy, they are low on calories and they fill you up.
